How we handle your information

Only what you send us through the contact form: your name, your email address, and — if you choose to fill them in — your company, your phone number, the type of inquiry, and whatever you write in the message.

Nothing else. There is no account to create, no newsletter sign-up, and no part of this site that asks you to identify yourself in order to read it.

It becomes an email to our team, and we use it to answer you. That is the whole purpose.

We don't sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else's marketing, and we don't add you to a mailing list because you asked us a question.

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tools that follow you to other websites.

There is one small exception worth naming, because it is technically storage even though it identifies nobody: your browser remembers that it has already played the site's opening animation, so it does not replay on every page you visit. It holds no information about you and it is discarded the moment you close the tab.

To keep the form from being used by automated systems, submissions are checked by Cloudflare Turnstile. In most cases you will never see it.

To make that check, Cloudflare receives your IP address, your browser's user agent, a fingerprint of the connection, and an identifier for this website. Cloudflare has stated it cannot identify individuals from these signals, and it processes them on our instructions rather than for its own purposes. Cloudflare publishes its own policy covering this at cloudflare.com/turnstile-privacy-policy.

A small number of companies process information on our behalf so that this site can work. Our website is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs. Messages from the contact form are delivered by Resend. Our email itself runs on Microsoft 365. The security check above is Cloudflare's.

Each of them acts on our instructions. None of them is given your information for their own marketing.

Your message stays in our email for as long as we need it to deal with your inquiry and any work that follows from it — the same way any business keeps its correspondence.

The temporary record used to stop the form being flooded holds an IP address in memory for a few minutes and is never written to disk.
